Regional Training Seminars of the International Conference of Police Chaplains are open to all Law Enforcement chaplains, officers and agency administrators. We encourage departments who do not have a chaplaincy program to attend. The training seminars are beneficial to beginning programs, regardless of the size of the department or agency.
